With an MBA in Hotel Management, Mr. Suresh Devendran’s brings his decade-long international expertise to the pedagogy of Food Production. Mr. Devendran has worked in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Abu Dhabi as professional chef. He is also an expert in vegetable, fruit and soap carving and adds value to the practical training he offers his students. Mr. Devendran has close to 9 years of teaching experience and 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Almana General Hospital, Saudi Arabia of JCIA from USA conferred him with the award of best cook. He has published books in Micro Oven Cooking, Traditional of Indian Cooking and recipes in various magazines. He has shared cooking techniques in the All India Radio. WBN conferred him with the award of honour for being hospitality partner in Master Home Chef season 1.
